A detailed schedule for the weekend is below:
Rehearsal
When: Friday, December 14, 2018 at 5:30 PM
Where: St. Francis Xavier Church, 611 Sycamore St, Cincinnati, OH 45202
Those participating in the wedding (you know who you are!) should plan to arrive at St. Xavier at least 15 minutes early.
Rehearsal dinner
When: Friday, December 14, 2018 at 7:00 PM
Where: Sacred Beast Diner OTR, 1437 Vine St, Cincinnati, OH 45202
After the rehearsal, those participating in the wedding will head to dinner hosted by Scott’s parents. At 10:00 PM, everyone who is in town is invited to join us for a cash bar and a photo booth!
Nuptial Mass
When: Saturday, December 15, 2018 at 2:00 PM
Where: St. Francis Xavier Church, 611 Sycamore St, Cincinnati, OH 45202
Please join us for the wedding ceremony!
Reception
When: Saturday, December 15, 2018 at 5:30 PM
Where: Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza, 35 W 5th St, Cincinnati, OH 45202
After the ceremony, make your way back to the Hilton for a cocktail hour and reception at the hotel’s Hall of Mirrors.
Farewell Breakfast
When: Sunday, December 16, 2018 at 9:00 AM
Where: Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza, 35 W 5th St, Cincinnati, OH 45202
The bride and groom will be loitering in the Hilton’s breakfast area (Grille at Palm Court) to say thanks and goodbye to those leaving town early.
Sunday Mass
When: Sunday, December 16, 2018 at 10:30 AM

All are welcome to join the bride and groom as they attend their first Sunday Mass together.
Brewery Sendoff
When: Sunday, December 16, 2018 at 12:00 PM
Where: Madtree Brewing, 3301 Madison Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45209
The bride and groom will be having lunch and hanging out at one of their favorite local breweries until about 4:00 PM. (The bride says they have good wings and pizza! The groom says they have good beer.)
